Natalie is a crusader in supporting all injured workers to say YES on their return-to-work journey. She is intentionally rooted in service to workers encouraging their return-to-work.
As part of this panel, Natalie will discuss RTW solutions that support the return of every worker to good health and meaningful work, while elaborating on how the intense focus on the worker produces the most successful outcomes.
Natalie conceptualizes and integrates RTW initiatives for Fortune 100 carrier, employer, and TPA clients. She works intimately with her partners to craft and direct case management strategy for Permanently Restricted and Transitional RTW scenarios. Her partners welcome her multi-dimensional view of the return-to-work process to support mitigating their current and future risks.

Rick specializes in the equipment needs of catastrophically injured workers. He is a credentialed Assistive Technology Professional and works directly with injured workers as a provider of equipment.
Rick will discuss how his advocacy work with AFT Medical improves recovery, reduces disability, and the positive experience for the injured worker. Rick is a graduate of George Mason University with a degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and has been with ATF Medical for 12 years.

Nicole has been in the workers compensation industry more than 20 years as both an adjuster and a broker claims advocate. She holds designations in claim handling, risk management, and construction risk.
Nicole will discuss the overall benefits of this perspective shift to the claim, how this can help us avoid litigation, and how return-to-work supports more positive claim outcomes. She is currently the principal consultant and owner at CA Work Comp Advocacy. Deeply rooted in an advocacy based approach to claims centered around communication, collaboration and compassion, she helps employers and injured workers navigate the sometimes confusing and complex claims process in California.
